A had a property that need help converting it into a HMO. Took me through all the process including installing fire doors, door closers, window restrictors, locks, emergency lighting, heat and smoke alarms including all relevant certs and the HMO application. Buildavision also installed new carpet, new flooring, new kitchen and bathroom and redesigned garden. What was impressive is that Buildavision have professional cleaners on board to give the finishing touch to provide the property with a deep clean. Will surely be using them again.
